QOV Logo carving is only available on the 8.5 Inch and the 12.5 inch Purple Heart clappers and because of limited space, name personalization is only possible with the 12.5 inch QOV Logo carving.

This Purple Heart, Maple, Cherry Quilter's Clapper is fused together using a non-toxic, heat resistant, and 100% waterproof adhesive which makes it superior for use with steam ironing.

Each clapper is handcrafted from handpicked premium hardwood.

We have a limited supply of rare Curly Purple Heart. The last picture featuring the QOV wood carving is made out of this limited supply. Each clapper made from this Curly Purple Heart has a thickness of 2 1/16”.

The bottom of the clapper is unfinished (bare wood). In order to draw out the natural beauty of the wood and to protect its surface, we apply a micro thin layer of 100% natural linseed oil to the top and sides. Our application technique in no way affects the clapper's function.
